Description

PREVENT HIGH PERFORMANCE SHIELDED AIR VENT PANELS are fabricated from a steel or brass honeycomb medium installed in a steel or brass frame. The vent panel is then plated to provide protection for a severe environment.

APPLICATIONS

PREVENT HIGH PERFORMANCE SHIELDED AIR VENT PANELS are recommended for applications requiring maximum shielding performance in a severe environment.

AVAILABLE CONFIGURATIONS

PREVENT HIGH PERFORMANCE SHIELDED AIR VENT PANELS are constructed of 0.500” (12.70) thickness steel or brass honeycomb with a 0.125” (3.18) cell size. The frame is available in a number of profiles which allow for installation in any application. For fastening, the panels are fabricated with through holes or can be supplied with captive inserts. The completed assembly is then plated to provide protection in severe environments. For additional shielding, the honeycomb is soldered to the frame. The completed panel is supplied with a CUSTOM MESH or CUSTOM STRIP shielding gasket. For additional materials or configurations, please contact Custom Shielding.
